I used apple gate no nitrite hot dogs, and brushed butter and sprinkled “everything” seasoning to the outside and they were delicious. We have “Fun Food Friday” every week which basically consists of either pizza with your dough recipe or your hamburger slider recipe. Now I can add these into the mix! I was using a pack of Kirkland Signature hot dogs from Costco, which are longer than others plus come 12-to-a-pack, so I made 1.5x the written recipe of dough and had exactly the right amount.
