I didn’t have Greek yogurt so I strained plain whole milk yogurt. I didn’t have dates so I used pitted prunes. The cheesecake is on my counter resting and it couldn’t look any more perfect. I already tasted the crust mix and tasted the bit of filling that remained inside of the wall of the springform pan. Wow is this gonna be good. Instructions were perfect.
