We use this pie dough/crust for everything now! We have used it for chicken pot pie, apple pie, pumpkin pie, and others that I can’t recall at the moment. It is very simple. I don’t recommend doubling it, as your food processor might not handle it. The coconut flavor does come through a little, but that’s ok. It is worth it to be able to make pie crust easily, and with ingredients that we use in our home. It takes a while to figure out how dry or wet to let it get before turning it out to the counter.
