Instant Pots Models

I currently own three different Instant Pot models (the DUO, the PLUS, and the ULTRA), and am really hoping to get the newest model (the MAX) for a great deal this weekend. I’ve written about the differences between the DUO and the ULTRA before, but with so many different models, and each one potentially on sale in different sizes, I wanted to give you an overview of each of the different models.

The only model that I don’t really recommend is the LUX. Not that there is anything wrong with it, but I do think that it is significantly more restricted than the other models. The LUX does not have a low pressure option, or a yogurt setting. And whether or not you plan on making yogurt now, the yogurt setting does have other advantages, like proofing bread. The low pressure setting is used much less frequently than high pressure, but it can still be useful. With all the deals going on, my recommendation would be to spend just a little more to get a more versatile Instant Pot.

I did not include the Smart or Wifi models in the infographic, but they are included in the sales below. The main additional features with both the Smart and the Wifi is that you can control and monitor the Instant Pot from your phones.
